As a part-time textile artist, I enjoy creating works mainly with fabric; the mini press opens up opportunities to be creative combining this and different media in a defined space.
"Ammonite" is my first foray into linocut printing on paper. A simplified organic form that symbolises the journey of life as it ebbs and flows, expanding from its centre, with all its component parts. A link with the past that informs the future.
