"From scratch"

Since I started taking part in OPP's print exchange, it's not only been about creating and trying something new each year, but also about 'love your misprints'. From the beginning I decided to recycle 'misprints' or overflow prints from the previous year and turn them into something new by adding a fresh element to parts of the old print. So this year the print was 'almost made from scratch' - a play on words and a nod to the efforts my cat usually puts in. A thing I'd like to add... Each year I am amazed by the variety of ideas that come together by this creative community made all the more palpable and iconic by the uniform limited miniature canvas we all share. It brings such joy and happiness to my world and I never tire of browsing through the catalogues or looking at my exchange prints. So, huge thanks to all at OPP for making this possible and to all of you out there who make this world a happier place by taking part and sharing the experience.
