Sluggo is a character I created during the pandemic to remind people to enjoy the simple moments in life. That life is really about the little things and to see these moments with new eyes. Sluggo & friends is the group of friends. Some of them are mushrooms, angler fish, teabags, bunnies, robots, owls...come meet the gang and let them lift your spirts.
This plate was created using recycled plexiglass, Stonehenge paper, and Akua ink. This is my very first time doing Intaglio, or any type of print. I really enjoyed the process, and all it's variables. I have a new appreciation for the art and look forward to doing more.
