Filigree plant structures that I find in nature are among my favorite motifs for prints. Seeds, grasses, or petals are usually so fragile that I can only ink and print them once. These decomposed parts of a Chinese lantern flower, on the other hand, are relatively stable. Stable enough, at least, that I was able to print them several times.
