The focus of my artistic work is on the young people of Generation Z (born 1995 - 2012) who grew up with digitalization. My print joins my Stuckpixel-Series of works. Stuckpixel is a destroyed pixel and is meant to represent digitalization, but also its risks. The roller skate is without time factor and wants to show that our needs for love and recognition have not fundamentally changed in the last decades. My print is a drypoint etching into a Rhenalon plate.
