Y Morlo' means 'The Seal' in Welsh, and comes from the Welsh words môr (“sea”) +? llo (“calf”). It was the first project I printed using a 3D printed press which my brother made me. It is a multi-block lino print which uses a blue and a red ink layer, with the purple seal emerging from the sea and the seaweed where both crossover.
